Avoid scamming redfingerprint.com

This company sells fake brand products that come severe production defects. They pretend to be a US based company with a sham address in Los Angeles, CA (yet their hideaway phone is a small residential apartment in Hermosa Beach) and have FedEX duty and customs taxes billed to the customers as hidden charges.

Products they mail from Malaysia (that you think you are buying in the US with confidence)come with defects and damages and redfingerprint.com (A guy called Alex Theo and his sidekick David Lee) gives continuous run around, insisting that the product is meant to be this way, simply making a mockery of the customer. At the end, they neither refund in full for the product, nor replace it with a genuine or non-defective one while continuously denying to produce original product certificates and sales receipts from the brand producers. File against them with the state attorney general in CA in every opportunity.

Their phone number is anonymous (unlisted) to hide their identity in the US and their web address contact list is also anonymous to the general public to get away with their deceptive and harmful business practices.

Review about: Montblanc Grande Pen.
